As part of the bargaining process, or as a result of issues that have come up during contract enforcement, GLU-UE and the University of Minnesota will enter into Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs). These are agreements that serve to outline the intentions of both parties, to serve as guidance for further discussions. See below for the MOUs that have been created so far.
